AddisPick provides airport transfers, city rides and tours in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and services, and how we use it.

• Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses and locations, pickup time, flight number, passengers, luggage and notes for the driver.
• Payment status and the amount paid. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical information such as your device, browser and IP address, used for security and to keep the service working.

• To price, confirm and carry out your booking, and to assign a driver.
• To verify your phone number and send booking updates by SMS.
• To provide support, handle payments and refunds, and keep records we are required to keep.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Your assigned driver, who receives your name, phone number and trip details.
• Service providers that help us run the service, such as our SMS, mapping and card payment providers, only for that purpose.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Your browser may keep an unfinished booking for the current session so you do not lose your progress.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected].
