Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a transfer, ride or tour with AddisPick. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

• A booking is confirmed when you see a booking code on screen and receive it by SMS.
• Please give accurate trip details, including your flight number for airport pickups, and keep your phone reachable.
• Choose a vehicle that fits your passengers and luggage. The driver may refuse a trip that is unsafe or over capacity.

• The price shown before you confirm is fixed for the route, vehicle and extras you selected.
• Meet & greet at the airport is an optional extra of ETB 100.
• If you change the route, add stops, or the trip changes significantly on the day, the price may change. The driver or our team will tell you first.

• Cash bookings are paid in Ethiopian Birr to the driver at the end of the trip.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider, charged in US dollars at the rate shown before you pay, and may include a card fee that is also shown before you pay.

To change or cancel a booking, contact us with your booking code as early as possible. Refunds for card payments go back to the original card.

We work hard to be on time, but we are not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or flight changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ethiopian law.
